KOS KREBS was created in 2019 from two long-established companies in the textile industry, KOS International and Rolf Krebs. And as a result, the KOS KREBS team has an unrivalled ability to satisfy the wishes of customers and creatives and transform them into project-appropriate products. The focus in the merger process was on the business vision to develop the largest and most professional contract textile specialist in Europe.

The synergies lie in the enhancement of common strengths, the more efficient division of work and, above all, the ability to provide more comprehensive customer care with the most wide-ranging offering. What the two companies have in common is an unconditional focus on contract textiles and the flawless implementation of professional projects.

KOS’s roots date way back beyond the company’s establishment in 1997, extending deep into the heart and soul of the German textile industry. KOS was founded by the leading lights of the former „Vereinigten Seidenwebereien“ corporation. A profound understanding of textiles always shaped the thinking and approach of KOS and continues to influence how KOS Krebs does business today.

Rolf Krebs also has contract textiles in his DNA. The team has been focused on textile craftsmanship since 1970 and has been producing its own fabric since the turn of the century. Drawing on a wealth of experience gained from over 1,000 large-scale projects, Rolf Krebs brought to bear his expertise in technical consulting, making-up and installation for the benefit of KOS KREBS.
