Ipartment – Darmstadt

The serviced apartments brand ipartment opened its first fully-digitalised building in Darmstadt. The property has 180 apartments in total. Entirely in keeping with the New Work concept, ipartments offers its guests flexible co-working spaces over approximately 850 square metres. But the real highlight is the green roof terrace with a rooftop bar which provides a stage for, among others, young artists and their work.

We are proud to be part of this groundbreaking project as textile partner and look forward to teaming up with ipartments to carry out further exciting projects.
